WTG is excited to announce auditions for Rocky Horror, directed by Kourtney Slowik with choreography by Jacob Lee and Music Direction by Ken Clark
Auditions are August 17th and 18th, 6-9pm, at Arts at the Capitol Theater (896 Main Street, recommended parking in the garage on walnut street)
Doors at ACT must remain locked so please make sure to come on time. Someone will be stationed by the doors until 6:10
All roles are open! See descriptions below. Auditioners are asked to prepare 32 measures (~1 minute) of a song from the show and will also be given choreography and sides during auditions.
Performances will be November 13th (8pm) and November 14th (7pm and 11pm)
Roles:Dr. Frank-N-Furter “A Scientist”: “baritenor” with rock belt, A2-G4
Riff-Raff “A Handyman”: male, rock tenor, belt up to B4; total range approximately E3-B4
Magenta “A Domestic”: alto, A3-D5
Usherette (potentially doubled with Magenta and/or Columbia)
Columbia “A Groupie”: alto/sop, A3-E5
Brad “A Hero”: baritenor, C3-F4; also needs falsetto up to C5
Janet “A Heroine”: alto/sop, A3-F5
Eddie “A Delivery Boy”: tenor with rock belt up to B4; total range, Bb3-B4 (potentially doubled with Dr Scott)
Rocky “A Creation”: rock baritenor, C#3-A4, plus falsetto up to C#5
Dr. Scott “A Rival Scientist”: bass-baritone, D2-E4 (potentially doubled with Eddie)
